Students Kate and Eliza got creative and participated in “Food Truck Wars” in their marketing class, making their own food truck and selling ice cream sandwiches to benefit MFA. 

Kate exclaimed, “This was a great experience as it let me enhance my passion for business and give back to the community. My Friend Abby is such an amazing organization that has done a lot for me this year and is all about brightening someone’s day—and we sure did brighten people’s day with our ice cream cookie sandwiches at the Curbside Creamery!”
